Every year during the first couple weeks in May, there is a big open house in Washington DC where the embassies of participating countries open their doors. There, you can find all kinds of cultural fun, from local foods and products to dance performances. This photo is from the Spanish Embassy, where we found an indoor Moorish fountain and a paella tasting.
